Units are rented on a month-to-month basis. Tenants will receive a statement in the mail or, if they choose, email. Payments may be made by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Each unit requires a lock; disk locks may be purchased for $8. Square locks (Jacksonville only) may be purchased for $6.
